Facilities can support your special event with the following services:

Event Support Request Form
    Please use this form when requesting support services from University
    Facilities for your special event.  Support services include table & chair
    rental, custodial and/or grounds services or mechanical support from our
    electrical, carpentry, or plumbing divisions.

Do you need to park your guests? Department of Transportation Services

Do you feed to your guests? Contact Rutgers Catering, a Division of Dining Services

Are you a student requesting event space?  Contact the Student Centers

Not affiliated with the University, but wish to use University rooms?  Contact the Scheduling and Space Office
