FMS Service Request

This site has been developed to assist you with your service requests. Please use the following links to navigate through this section:

Service Request Form
Use this link to submit a Service Request for all New Brunswick & Piscataway campuses. Your service request is electronically sent to the Service Call Center who has the responsibility of dispatching your request to the appropriate staff. This office is open Monday -Friday, 8am to 5pm.

After Hour Emergencies
If you have a life safety emergency, please dial 911

In the event that you have an emergency, concern or situation involving a university facility that occurs after hours (5 pm – 8 am) and it is not a life safety emergency, please contact University Police at 732-932-2711 The Police has the responsibility to contact FMS Shift Supervisors who are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
